The processing time (the time for us to prepare your order) for most of our apparel is 5-7 working days and then the estimated delivery time is 7-15 days.  However, please check the processing and delivery information in the item's information section as some items will not take as long to prepare and the delivery time is much quicker. In the event of a delay in shipping, we will reach out to you personally to notify you.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of you receiving your product. This means that the item(s) must be received by us within 14 days of the day you received it. So, if you need to return an item, please contact us at sales@blackcloset.shop as soon as possible so that we can get the process started.

Item(s) must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached. The item(s) must be free of any signs of wear, including makeup, perfume scents, deodorant/antiperspirant, etc. Intimate wear is not returnable and all sales are final.
